Away with Winter and its simmering stews and soups when we lose all contact with our food.  Away with casseroles and soup spoons and let's enjoy the arrival of spring.  The new season's carrots, pink radishes and tender young broad beans are now here.  Let fingers drip with the green of our asparagus and palms run with the sweet juice from the first strawberries of the year.
